Hi Johnny. I registered for Microsoft LCDS and downloaded it. When I opened the LCDS console, I clicked on “New” to add a new course name in the pop-up window that came up; I entered the name and clicked on “Add.” Almost immediately, I got this error message:
Error: Access to the path ‘C:/ProgramFiles/Microsoft/Learning/LCDSc/courses/assertiveness/\coruse\platform\interactive\definitions\captionMedia.js’ is denied.
I was logged into Windows Vista as administrator. Do you have any suggestions about how I might proceed to get the program operational? I’d appreciate any help you might be able to give me. Thank you! Dean
